Take a look at the latest OAAK project at Annerley, Brisbane where we provided a design and build solution on what other builders considered a challenging lot.

OAAK was provided the opportunity for this project by one of our land sales collaborative partners to provide a design and build-to-sell solution.

This land, despite being in a premium position only 6 km from Brisbane CBD and with views to Mt. Cootha, was difficult to sell as a vacant allotment due to the unknown variables in site costs along with area overlays and build restrictions.

The owner and land partner had approached multiple builders prior to contacting us. They had obtained preliminary indicative plans and costings; however, unfortunately, most home builders they met with would or could not build on it, and with those who could, the costs of site work meant it simply was not feasible to move forward with construction.

After an on site meeting, we created concept plans and an ideal solution with a modular home design that would be modern, built to a high quality standard expected within the area, and eye catching enough to draw attention once on site.

The build time for this home was 4 months, with full completion in under 6 months.

Upon going to market the home was under contract within 48 hours and we are now working on the 2 lots either side to undertake the next builds to sell.
